NGC 7009 Saturn Nebula
When viewed through a small telescope, the nebula looks like the planet Saturn with its rings nearly edge-on to the astronomers, thus getting the name Saturn Nebula. Located in the constellation Aquarius, the distance of Saturn Nebula is not known accurately with estimates came in from 1,400 to 5,200 light-years away. At the center of the nebula is a bright white dwarf star, the final evolutionary stage of a star after expelling its outer layer of gas to form this beautiful planetary nebula.
